Job description
Lightmark Media is looking for a remote part-time or freelance designer to create wireframes, mockups, and other digital assets on a project-to-project basis. We are one of the leading marketing agencies in the Real Estate Investment space. We have a team of Developers who you will be working with to help provide UX/UI guidance and digital assets. An understanding of component-based systems design is preferred.
Qualifications
Required
- 3 yrs + of experience in Web Design / UX / UI
- Can create quality mockups that work well for handing-off to developers
- Expert knowledge in design application(s) of your choice: Photoshop / Illustrator / Sketch / Figma / Adobe XD / InVision / etc.
- Must be capable of creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and other useful planning deliverables
- Awareness of component-based systems design / atomic design principles
- Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and/or Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practices in design
Optional but Desired
We would consider any of these qualifications to be an added bonus:
- Logo and custom icon design
- Familiarity with the Real Estate Investor (REI) market
- Experience with WordPress and/or WordPress Gutenberg Blocks
- Familiarity with Slack and/or Teamwork.com
- Comfortable speaking with clients during the planning phase of a project
- Print design
- Experience with HTML / CSS / front-end development
- Experience in digital marketing
