Role Overview
The Social Media Virtual Assistant at Lightmark Media will support the social media team with administrative and creative tasks.
What This Position May Entail
- Scheduling and publishing social media content to content management systems and social media platforms (mainly Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, & Youtube) for our clients
- Managing social media communities & replying to comments and messages across posts, ads, and direct message inboxes
- Reviewing social media analytics and updating marketing metrics on client-facing reports
- Organizing social media files in Dropbox and Google Drive and tracking assets/posts using Google Sheets
- Editing short form social media clips, often from longer form videos
- Uploading podcast audio files to Libsyn
- Closely collaborating with the rest of the team to achieve client goals
- Some writing, editing, and repurposing copy for social media captions
- Some minor graphics editing in Canva

What Else Is Important
- Must be able every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday between 9AM Eastern Time and 5PM Eastern Time
