Job description

Data and Reporting Systems Associates at Lightmark Media, will own and manage the client-facing reporting systems as well as the internal reporting processes by setting up and managing complex reporting platforms and API connections with paid traffic platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Owning and operating the reporting systems for clients and internal reporting
  • Maintaining the technical integrations between various reporting platforms and paid traffic systems
  • Performing quality control checks on client-facing systems
  • Facilitating client reporting
  • Updating various systems and databases
  • Looking for ways to improve existing processes or create new processes

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Google apps

Job description

The Search Marketing Associate position at Lightmark Media will assist in the day-to-day creation and management of client PPC marketing campaigns and ensure timely completion and success of related tasks in order to reach, maintain, and exceed client goals.

In this position, you will assist in all tasks related to client PPC campaigns including:

  • Strategize, launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns with hundreds of thousands of ad spend
  • Maintain steady high performance by frequently monitoring campaign results and promptly responding with appropriate tweaks and changes across the major search channels
  • Proactively seek, identify, and evaluate recommendations and strategies for opportunities for campaign growth and improvement in accordance with client goals
  • Provide assistance to Account Managers for regular campaign maintenance

Search Marketing Associates works hard to assist the PPC Team in order to drive the success of clients’ digital advertising campaigns. The Social Media Traffic Manager at Lightmark Media feels passionate about taking ownership of 15+ paid Facebook campaigns, as well as being the in-house expert on all things social media traffic.

In this position, you will:

  • Strategize, launch, manage, and optimize paid Facebook campaigns with thousands of dollars of ad spend
  • Maintain steady high performance by frequently monitoring campaign results and promptly responding with appropriate tweaks and changes across the major social media channels
  • Proactively seek, identify, and evaluate recommendations and strategies for opportunities for campaign growth and improvement in accordance with client goals

The candidate must also have the desire and ability to learn new industries and business types quickly and can apply this knowledge to internet marketing initiatives to achieve clients’ goals.
