AIGP had an outdated, cluttered website that lacked a clear call to action for potential investors.

We designed AIGP a website with powerful visuals and prominent calls to action and clear messaging throughout.

As my company, Adams Investor Group, has grown, we needed a website that reflected our growth and was able to clearly and concisely show our potential investors and partners what we do and what makes us different. We also wanted to highlight our track record of acquiring, adding value to, and then re-selling multi-family investment properties while educating investors interested in the multi-family space.

What I liked about working with the Lightmark team was that they understand the world of real estate investing and were highly professional in the way they worked with me to get the project done right and on time.

Improvements Made to Website

Bold Feature Area + Clear Call to Action

For any modern website, it needs to be clear within the first 5 seconds of scanning the site what a company does and how they benefit the user. The old AIGP site lacked a prominent feature area with no call to action, so we redesigned the site to clearly guide the user toward the main action we wanted them to take– download a free apartment investing guide.

Powerful Visuals Paired with Increased Readability

The old homepage had great content, but was text heavy, with few images, and it lacked visual hierarchy (i.e. clearly showing how important specific messages or themes are). In order to guide the user down the page, we clearly defined sections of copy with icons, graphics, and bullets to make the site easily scannable.

The old site also lacked clear direction on next steps a user could take with AIGP, so we simplified the investment process with step-by-step icons and prominently displayed it on the homepage. Transparency about process is key to acquiring trust with a user.

Track Record Front & Center

Another of AIGP’s goals was to showcase their track record of acquiring, adding value to, and re-selling multi-family investment properties. We designed a project portfolio page for their site that highlights featured investments with the story and ROI behind each acquisition.

Also, in order for Brian’s team to easily update the portfolio section in the future, we created a custom backend that’s easy to manage.
