The challenge Osborne Homes brought us initially was having two separate sites and logos (one for home sellers, one for home buyers) that resulted in brand confusion. In addition to updating and integrating the visual design of both sites, we added a simple gateway in front of OsborneHomes.com to funnel buyers and sellers to the appropriate site. Bottom line: the redesigned websites provide a cohesive user experience.
To bring them more sellers, we also created and manage a pay-per-click (PPC) campaign, including a landing page system that uses a simplified version of their look and their story. Their PPC campaign over the past 12 months has returned a stunning 1000+% ROI.
